7-Day Return Policy:

  • We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to initiate a return.

Return Process:

  • To start a return, please contact us at info@nimbusfashions.com with your order details and reason for return.
  • If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Items sent back to us without prior approval and a valid return shipping label will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
  • We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order for the desired item separately.

    Refunds:

    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
    • If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@nimbusfashions.com.
